This through-block building in the Tribeca North Historic District was converted from a cheese processing plant to a luxury residential condominium with artists’ studios at the ground floor. PB+A designed new storefronts at Laight Street and Vestry Street, and obtained from the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission a Certificate of Appropriateness.
