OFFICE INTERIORS and SPACE PLANNING
Office design challenges the architect to enhance a corporation’s interactions and creativity and to improve its workflow and use of space, while making a pleasant and comfortable environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Peter Budeiri Associates designed a major renovation of a five-story Manhattan building for the Nicaraguan Consulate and Mission to the United Nations, a decorative stair within the Italian Permanent Mission to the United Nations, and offices for the United Nations Development Corporation. Our office clients have included professional firms, a robotics manufacturer, recording and film post-production studios, a wholesale distributor, and a theater production group.
Simona Budeiri was project architect for the IBM Corporate Headquarters in Armonk and senior architect for Michael Graves’s acclaimed Humana Building in Louisville. Simona’s space planning and office interior projects include the United States Courthouse at Foley Square, Beneficial Management Corporate Headquarters, and IBM Offices at Sterling Forest.
