Designing a private home demands an architect’s greatest creativity and attention to detail, since people develop more intimate contact with their home than with any other environment. We believe that a well-planned and beautiful home truly enhances people’s lives.

Peter Budeiri Associates has designed many private homes, including townhouses, loft apartments, penthouses, and suburban homes. 

The open, light-filled renovation of the Johnson Loft in Lower Manhattan satisfied the clients’ desire for a feeling of nature and the colors of a garden. We designed custom furniture to enhance the spatial fluidity and garden atmosphere of the apartment, and helped select other furniture, lighting, fabrics, and carpets. The loft won a Builder’s Choice Design Award and was featured in the March 1997 issue of Architectural Digest.
